Shipping Policy
- Shipping Policy: Usually, we ship orders within 24 hours from the time order was placed, except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. In a situation (which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time beyond 48 hours, the customer will be intimated regarding the delay. Once the order is shipped we inform the customer with the tracking details. The customer can track all orders as per detail by our Logistic partner.
- Dispatch, deliveries are done across India within 3 – 8 Working Days. Please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep you posted during such events. Shipments Originating from the North East, are usually shipped within 72 working hours.
- Shipping Charges: All prices are inclusive of GST. In the case where the shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of checkout and the customers will know about this before making payment.
- Packaging & Handling Charges: We got it covered & there are no additional charges
- Returns: Currently we don’t have any return policy. In case the package was damaged during the shipping process, please provide clear photos. We would need pictures of the outer carton & damaged products to validate the complaint. Write to us at cafetinkus@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery of the product, we will help you. The damage of the product will be considered only if there is damage to the product not the packaging.
